Zandra (Lipscomb) Goolsby

Zandra Goolsby, 66, passed away on September 9, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Southaven, MS.  She was born on October 15, 1957, in Oxford, MS to Velma Gibbons and William Lipscomb.  After graduating from Oak Ridge High School in 1975, Zandra became a loving wife and devoted mother.

She was so many things to so many people both family, friends and even her daughters' friends. She was loyal and compassionate for all people. She was such a fighter and conquered so many obstacles.  

Her interests include watching her grandsons play ball, enjoying shopping of all sorts, traveling with her family, coloring on her iPad, and rooting for the Ole Miss Rebels. (Hotty Toddy!)

Zandra is survived by her daughter Robin Payne; son in law Steven Payne; 3 grandsons SJ, Jaxon and Eli Payne; sister Cynthia Blagg; brother James Lipscomb; sister in laws Sue Lipscomb, Vickie Morman, Karen Burke, and Barbara Durdin; along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Goolsby and parents Velma Gibbons and William Lipscomb.

The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love you left behind.

A memorial service will be held on September 21, 2024, at 1:00 at Grace Church 8979 E. Shelby Dr, Memphis, TN 38125.
