Verlin Bolin passed away on November 1, 2021. Verlin was born 01/17/1949 to James Calvin and Ruby Nadine (Eddings) Bolin in Mount Judea, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother David Rickey Bolin.
Verlin is survived by sisters Gail Williams, Joyce Essary, and Jeannette Bolin and brother Billy Ray Bolin; wife Ginger Kaye Bolin; daughters Jacqueline Darlene Stoppel and Priscilla Ruth Newsom; Son-in-laws David A.Stoppel and Jason D. Newsom; granddaughter Delaney Michele Stoppel; grandson Bryor Ashton Newsom; and a slew of nieces and nephews that he loved as if they were his own children and grandchildren and a host of friends. Verlin served honorably in the army during the Vietnam War and later in the Arkansas National Guard. He was an avid outdoorsman and a private pilot. Some of his hobbies included hunting, fishing, metal detecting, canoeing, repelling, and hiking just to name a few.
Graveside services will be held November 8th at 11:00 am at Elwood Cemetery in Harrison AR.
