Tommie “Darlene” Riley was born on April 18th,1956 in Sherman, Texas. She passed away on June 20th, 2024, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Darlene enjoyed road trips, going out to eat, watching cooking and game shows, spending time with her family, going to church, listening to bible tapes, prayer, gospel music, and absolutely loved her Dr. Pepper and Strawberries. She was a very giving and caring person. She would give everything she had to help someone else. Darlene had a heart of gold and then some. She loved her family dearly and is loved by her family greatly, she will be missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents Tommy and Imogene Riley, two sisters; Carolyn Tisdale and Linda James, her daughter Charlene Jarman, grandson Christopher Jarman, and two nephews; James Anthony and Adam Riley.
She is survived by her son David Jarman, his partner Sue Smith, her daughter Jacqulyn and husband John Branche. Five grandchildren; Damian Elliott, Karrene Cockrum, Tristain Button, John Michael Branche, and Dawson Watts. Six great grandchildren; Noah Branche, Bruce Button, Laycen Watts, Drake Watts, Makenzie and Maliyah Cockrum. Four sisters; Gloria and husband Jim Overbey, Donna Bell, Beth and husband Troy Sylvester, and Rebecca Eldridge. Four brothers; Danny Riley, Burt Riley, Kenneth and wife Anne Riley, Jimmy and wife Tracy Riley, and many nieces and nephews.
“Celebration of life will be at 2:30pm June 25th, 2024, at House of Prayer Church in Lead Hill, Arkansas with Pastor Dwayne Richardson officiating. Followed by Interment at Enon Circle Cemetery in Lead Hill.
