Tisha Renee Carter

Tisha Renee Carter, 47, of Everton, Arkansas, passed away at her home on February 22, 2025.  She was born on March 30, 1977, in Yellville, Arkansas, the daughter of Gary and Brenda (Setzer) Carter.

Tisha loved spending time with her grandbabies.  She liked playing games on her computer.  She adopted her grandchildren’s bearded dragon Merlin, when they moved away back in November.  She adored him, he gave her many hours of entertainment.  One of her favorite tv shows to watch was Charmed. Tisha has lived in Arkansas most of her life. She liked angels.

Tisha is preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her daughter Vanessa (Garth) Sanders, their 3 children Bentley, Karmen and River.  Also, Tisha leaves behind her brothers Arthur and James and numerous other family members and friends. 

At this time, no service is planned. 

Tisha will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
