Thomas Walter Alge Jr., 66, of Harrison, Ar. passed away peacefully on the morning of December 17, 2021, at his home. Thomas was born on August 9, 1955, in Miami, Florida son of Thomas and Patricia Alge Sr. He is preceded in death by both parents and his brother Larry Alge and the mother of his children Carol Alge.
He leaves behind his sons: Thomas (Stephanie) Alge III, Charles (Tiffany) Alge and Lloyd (Teresa) Cardet and a daughter: Tisha (Nathan) Williams and his former wife Melissa Alge. Thomas is survived by his sister: Sharon (Paul) Puhaida and brother: Steven (Lynn) Alge, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and friends that love him and will miss him.
Thomas was a Marine Corp Veteran. He was a master machinist at both Pace for 21 years and Eastman Booth Inc. for 12 years. Thomas loved to bake cookies for the holidays and smoked the best deer meat you've ever had. Midway through his life you could find him in Flippin, Arkansas every weekend racing his stock car. He also loved the outdoors and taking family vacations. If you wanted to have a conversation with Tom, you better be able to talk louder than him or you wouldn’t get a word in edge wise. He was the best dad and poppy ever!
At Tom's request there will not be a formal service rather a celebration of his life at his home on a later date.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family may make a donation to Hospice of the Hills or American Cancer Society.
