Susan Diane (Jones) Jones-Amici

Susan Diane Jones-Amici, 80, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home on December 16, 2025, with her family by her side.  Susan was born October 5, 1945, in Everett, Washington, the daughter of Theron Vincent and Alberta Eileen Brinner Jones.  Susan is predeceased by her parents and her husband.

Susan leaves her son Steve, his wife Cindy, and granddaughter CJ.

In Susan’s younger days, her favorite passions in life were hunting, hiking and fishing.  There is nothing she loved more than enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery and spending time with her family.  Camo became a staple clothing attire and wore it lovingly every chance she got.  Susan was a down-to-earth person, just regular, genuine, and fun to be around.  Her taste in music varied widely but lately she had been really enjoying Jelly Roll. 

Susan was a retired nurse; she worked in nursing homes in Jasper and Illinois.  She loved going to church and liked reading books, especially her Bible collection. 

Susan’s family miss her dearly and their time together spent at their lake house on Bull Shoals.   This is where many fond memories were made.  In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Susan’s name to your favorite charity.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12pm, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Grubb Springs Church in Harrison, Arkansas, officiated by Pastor Bill Beach.

The family has requested that an article of camo be worn in honor of Susan.

Arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation located in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
