Sally Parsley Obituary

Sally Ann Parsley 71, of Lead Hill, Arkansas passed away on April 10th, 2022.  She was born August 16th, 1950, in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of John and Margaret Wiggins.  Sally was preceded in death by her parents, a sister-in-law, and a brother-in-law.

Sally is survived by her loving husband Larry of 53 years. Her two children Amy Harp and husband Tony of Harrison, AR and Brad Parsley of Lead Hill, AR. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Austin Smith, Marissa Hemphill, Matthew Hemphill, and Dawson Harp all of Harrison, Ar.  She is also survived by her mother-in-law, a brother-in-law, and a sister-in-law, and a host of nieces and a nephew.

She was a 1968 graduate of Lead Hill school. She spent her early years working for her parents at the Lead Hill boat dock in Diamond City until they sold it in 1980s. She than began her long-time banking career at Security bank and ended at Bear State Bank.

She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed spending time making Afghans for everyone. She spent a lot of time at hobby lobby, so she could decorate for every season and holiday. She enjoyed spoiling her favorite dogs Steel and Scout. She was the hardest working, sweetest, most loving, and most caring Wife, Mom and Nana.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday April 15th, 2022, Visitation beginning at 1pm at the service starting at 2pm at House of Prayer in South Lead Hill AR. 


In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Enon Cemetery Community fund and the Arkansas Spinal Cord Commission.   Services under the direction of Diamond State Mortuary Service
