Robert 'Bobby' Austin Tyson

Robert “ Bobby” Tyson of Marshall, AR., passed away on March 26th, 2024.  He was born on February 8th,1943 the son of William and Maggie (Underwood) Tyson. 

Bobby enjoyed yard sales and flea markets.  He could always find something he liked and had to have.  He was known far and wide for singing Amazing Grace at church and camp meetings.  He sang all of the verses and always told the accompanying musicians:  “Amazing Grace in the key of G”.    He will be missed by many.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents and siblings:  Mary Jane Kyle, John Tyson and Bill Davidson.   He is survived by his sisters Betty Horton and Kathy Horton and many family and friends. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday March 29th, 2024, 10 am at Canaan Cemetery in Marshall AR.  with Jesse Hinchey officiating.
