Robert Wesley Ramsey, 78, of Bergman, Arkansas passed away on February 9, 2024. He was born on May 6, 1945, in Bergman, Arkansas. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Friday the 16th at Bellefonte Church of Christ with visitation starting at 1pm and service following directly after.
