Robert Scott Pavey Sr., 75, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away March 8, 2025. Born April 1, 1949, in Joliet, Illinois, the son of Edgar and Jacqueline Reinert Pavey. Robert leaves his wife Susan of the home, two sons, and many loving family members and friends.
Robert was a kind and compassionate person, besides being handsome, Bob enjoyed the fun parts of life. He was a Chicago Bears fan and a Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoyed going to the games when he was able, and when he couldn’t, he would catch the games on television if possible. Another passion was his love for motorcycling and Harley Davidsons were his bike of choice, he had several over the years.
Robert was a dedicated Caterpillar employee. He worked for the Caterpillar company for 40 years and was proud of his career there.
But probably his favorite things in life were his family. Bob loved Susan dearly. They were together for many years. His children and his grandchildren were so very special to him and the older Bob got, the more important his family became to him.
Bob is survived by his wife, Susan, his children, Scott, Kurt, Jill and Robert Jr.. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Tyler and Allysa (Scott), Grant and Seth (Kurt), Audrey and Charles (Jill).
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date
