Born Oct. 31, 1939, to the late Lois and Willie Hill in Center Ridge, Ark., Bob graduated from Nemo Vista High School in 1957 and went on to the University of Arkansas, where he received his BSA in Agri Business in 1961. A proud member of the professional fraternity Alpha Gamma Rho, he first put his knowledge and passion for helping others toward teaching agricultural vocation at Charleston (Ark.) After retiring from FmHA, Bob continued this work at Northwest Regional Housing Authority and finally at his own consulting firm, Supplemental Resources, Inc.
