Richard Noel Obituary

Richard Noel, age 78 from Lead Hill, AR passed away on March 25^th, 2020. He was born December 7^th, 1941 to Frank and Betty A. (Webb) Noel in Anderson Indiana.

Richard is survived by his wife: Sharon Noel of Lead Hill, AR., David Noel of Wilkinson Indiana, Dana ‘Bill' Noel, Diamond City AR., Dani Noel Melton St. Mary's GA. Richard is preceded in death by his parents and son Darryl Noel.

Richard served in the National Guard and was proud of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Richard loved NASCAR, the Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs and Fox news.

Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
