Pauline Morris, 71, passed away on Tuesday, October 26 (2021) in her home surrounded by family. She was born on September 19, 1950 in Harrison to L. V. and Leona Sisco.
Pauline graduated from Western Grove School in 1968 and went on to earn her teaching degree from School of the Ozarks. She retired from Omaha School in 2012 after 34 years of teaching. She married the love of her life, Ricky Morris, on June 6, 1970. Their love story lasted for 51 years during which they had 3 daughters. Ricky and Pauline enjoyed spending time at the lake and taking Corvette trips with friends. She attended Crossroads Community Church.
Pauline was preceded in death by her youngest daughter, Candy Morris, her parents, paternal grandparents Charley and Lula Crow, and maternal grandparents Clane and Bertha Sisco.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky; two daughters, Christy Horn (Jamie) and Cassie Robison (Shane Collins). She was Nana to 7 grandchildren: Kelsey Alsup (Hayden), Kamey Horn, Kaden Horn, Karlie Robison, Chloe Robison, Caroline Robison, Kadee Robison, and one great grandson, Beau Alsup. She leaves behind 3 sisters: Barbara Pottorff (Daryld), Dyann Hancock (Donald), and Charline Erwin (Rickey); one brother, Dennis Sisco (June); and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 31, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church. Funeral service will be on Monday, November 1, at 11:00 a.m. at Crossroads Community Church with Johnny Walters and Dennis Sisco officiating. Burial of the urn will be at Western Grove Cemetery at a later date. Pallbearers are: Lorin Ensz, Daryld Pottorff, Ronnie Carpenter, Randy Guhr, Jim Newberry, and Les Franks. Honorary pallbearers are: Roland Choate, Steve Garner, Skip Bowling, and Chris Cartwright.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Pauline to Arkansas Children’s Hospital or Three Wishes for Ruby’s Residents.
