Paul "Pauly" David Waters

Paul “Pauly” David Waters, 66, of Omaha, Arkansas, passed away with his wife and fur baby by his side on January 22, 2025, at his home. He was born on February 28, 1958, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Paul Denver and Gladys Maire (Keck) Waters. 

Paul was known by his nickname, everyone called him Pauly.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed visiting with his brother Bill.  Pauly and Tressia were married 5 years ago on January 21, 2020.  They went to high school together and were great friends and then lost communication with each other.  Later in life, Pauly decided to find Tressia.  He referred to Tressia as the love of his life.  He and Tressia would spend hours in the car sightseeing.  They enjoyed going to Jasper and looking out over the mountains and then eating at Ozark Café.  The two of them really appreciated Mexican food, they have been and experienced all the Mexican restaurants in the Branson, Missouri area.  Another love of Pauly’s life was his little white terrier mutt, Scarlet.  They were inseparable. 

Pauly is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Danny Waters.  He is survived by his wife, Tressia Roberts Waters of the home, 3 children Angie, Paul Jr. and Jenny, one brother Bill (Anita) Waters and many grand kids and great grandchildren.  Pauly also leaves behind many other family members and a magnitude of friends.

He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.  There is no service schedule at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
