Michael Wayne Eckhardt

Michael Wayne Eckhardt, 77, of Harrison AR., passed away on February 11th, 2024.  He was born on May 14th, 1946, in Little Rock AR. to Harold and Ruby (Milhollen) Eckhardt.   

Michael graduated from Little Rock High School.  He served in the military and later moved to Harrison, where he attended Northside School of Preaching.  He preached at several churches of Christ in North Arkansas when needed including Jasper, Mt. Judea, Deer and Forum, Arkansas.  He worked for several years at Pace Industries and later retired. 

He is survived by a son, Christopher Daniel Eckhardt, two sisters-in-law, Brenda Powell and Beverly Rorie and a niece, Lindsey Rorie.  He is preceded in death by his wife Bonnie, his maternal grandmother, his parents and an infant son, Michael David Eckhardt.

Private burial.  A memorial service will be held at the Northside Church of Christ in Harrison on March 5th, 2024. at 10 am.
