Marie (Hein) Isom

Marie Isom, 89, of Yellville, Arkansas, passed away at The Springs of Creekside Health and Rehabilitation in Yellville on November 23, 2025, with her son David by her side.  She was born on July 5, 1936, in Somerville, Texas. 

Marie was a very strong-willed and hard-working lady.  She raised 6 children, 4 sons and 2 daughters.  She loved her family very much.  She worked at the same job for 32 years as a retail merchant for United Food and Commercial Workers. Marie was a religious lady and loved her Lord. Back in 1969, she became a minister.  Marie led worship services at churches, performed weddings and funeral services and offered pastoral care and counseling to individuals.

Marie is preceded in death by her parents and son, Larry Rabey.  She is survived by her 5 children Donald (Terry) Isom, David Isom, Linda Isom, Patricia Massey and Lloyd Rabey.  She leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and many other family members.

Marie will be missed dearly by everyone that knew and loved her. 

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation located in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
