Lorraine C (Snyder) Smith

Lorraine C. Smith, 77, of Peel, Arkansas, passed away March 20, 2025, at her residence.  Lorraine was born December 5, 1947, in Mishawaka, Indiana, the daughter of Don and Bessie Snyder. 

Lorraine attended high school at in Mishawaka, graduating June 7, 1966.  She married Keith Smith on September 26, 1966.  From this union they had one child, Tammantha Smith Green.  Lorraine worked several jobs in retail and retired from the Salvation Army.  She was an avid book reader, and gardener, and she loved to dance!  

Lorraine loved life and enjoyed every minute of it.  Family was very important to her as was her undying love for Christ, her Lord.  Lorraine moved to the N. Arkansas area 16 years ago with her daughter and son-in-law, along with her two granddaughters.

Lorraine is survived by Tammatha (Tammy) Green, of Peel, Arkansas, her 5 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by Keith Smith, and Don and Bessie Snyder.

There will be a family and friends gathering to do a remembrance of life at a later date.
