Leroy Ace Sheldon

Leroy Ace Sheldon passed away April 6, 2025.  He was 65 years old.  Leroy was born in Cabool, Missouri, the son of Carl David Sheldon and Betty Jean “Burdick” Sheldon on July 17, 1959. 

Leroy proudly served his country in the United State Navy.  He had a knack for rebuilding computers, Leroy had no formal training, it was just something he figured out on his own.  He met the love of his life Rebecca, while working at Tyson’s in Green Forest.  They were married on April 15, 1998, and had the privilege of spending 19 years together.  Leroy loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by is father, Carl David Sheldon, a sister Nellie Rose Sheldon, a brother Bryan Lin Sheldon, a niece Hannah and his wife Rebecca Sheldon.

Leroy is survived by his mother, Betty Sheldon, a sister Emma (John) Griffith, a brother David Sheldon, a son Christian Smith, three daughters, Samantha (AJ) White, Jessie Sheldon and Allie (Wayne) Harris.  LeRoy also leaves behind five granddaughters, Ivory, Selene, Katelyn, Adrianna, Abigail and one grandson, Adam.  In addition, many cousins, nieces, and great nephews live.

A graveside service is scheduled for Monday April 14, 2025, at 10:00AM, located at Maple Leaf Cemetery in Harrison, Arkansas.  The pallbearers will be Wayne Harris, AJ White, Zach White, David Sheldon, Cole Campbell, Frank Schottel.  Honorary pallbearers are Adam Smith, Matthew Krumwiede and Austin Lofton.  Pastor Roy Shatwell will be officiating the service.

Burial arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
