Lawrence Eugene Owens, 62, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home. Lawrence was born July 31, 1963, in Modesto, California, the son of Lawrence and Betty Lou Coleman Owens. Lawrence leaves two daughters, Mandy and Melissa, and other loving friends and family. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
