Kathie Lynne (Howard) Hendrick

Kathie Lynne Hendrick, 74, of Harrison, Arkansas, left this world and moved on to a better place on November 21, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born on January 4, 1951, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Toney and Peggy (Mabury) Howard.

Kathie had many interests, one being scrapbooking and genealogy, she liked going fishing, growing a vegetable garden and planting flowers.  Kathie loved her family; she and Paul raised 3 amazing sons. They were married for 55 years and shared the same nursing profession.  She worked for North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for 22 years but had many other nursing jobs throughout her career.  Kathie was a huge Elvis fan; she had a collection of Elvis related items throughout her home.  She even got to meet him in person at one of his performances.

Kathie is preceded in death by her parents and brother Dwight Howard.  She is survived by her husband Paul Hendrick II, her 3 sons, Paul (Gretchen) Hendrick III, Daniel (Bridget) Hendrick and their 2 children Sean and Gracie, and Matthew (Rhonda) Hendrick. Also, she leaves behind her siblings, Toney (LuAnn) Howard, Dwayne Howard and Lockie (George) Courtney.

A Celebration of Life is planned for December 13, 2025, at 11:00AM at the First Baptist Church in Lead Hill, Arkansas, with Pastor Joshua Boyd officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation located in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
