Joseph Michael Milner of Mountain Home, AR went to be with the Lord on Tues. June 21, 2022. Michael was born to Shane and Sheila Milner on February 28, 1989 in North Little Rock, AR.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Miranda Sue Faith Milner of Mountain Home. Grandparents Martin and Virginia Redmon of Mountain Home.
Michael is survived by his grandmother Alice Green of Mayflower, AR. Parents Shane and Sheila Milner of Mtn. Home, AR. Two children Alyssa Beth Hope Milner and Joseph Michael Milner Jr., both of Mtn. Home, AR. One brother Alex (Kayla Marie) of Gassville, AR. One nephew Myles Donovan Milner of Gassville, AR. One niece Berkley Maye Milner of Gassville, AR.
He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends that mourn his passing.
Michael developed a strong passion for the military at a young age. This passion led him to enlist in the Arkansas Army National Guard when he was seventeen. He went on to serve during Operation Iraqi Freedom and honorably served for over sixteen years and Michael was still serving his country when he passed.
In July of 2014 Michael graduated from ASUMH and earned his LPN degree. He was employed at Twin Lakes Therapy and Living in Flippin, AR and the Arkansas Army National Guard.
Michael was a proud father. He loved Alyssa and Junior very much and enjoyed spending time with family. He enjoyed fishing, cooking out, and hanging out around a campfire.
Michael was always up for a good, friendly tussle, especially with his little brother and his dad. And if Michael chose to tease or pester you, that meant he loved you. He will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.
