John Mack Cross

John Mack Cross, 71, of Western Grove, Arkansas passed away peacefully at Hospice of the Hills on February 25, 2025.  He was born in Loango, Alabama, on June 7, 1953, the son of John and Bobbie (Prestwood) Cross.

John was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide football fan.  He enjoyed going to the football games with his children.  His pride and joy were his grandchildren, Taylor Mae Cross, and Jaxton Lee Cross. They had a very special bond.  John enjoyed smoking and grilling meat.  He also liked shooting guns.  John couldn’t say no to a Little Debbie oatmeal crème pie, they were his favorites. 

John is preceded in death by his parents and grandson Bentlee Nelson.  He is survived by his wife Rhonda Kramer, his children Kenneth (Shar), Ryan, Trisha, Tommie Girl, Christopher (Kayla), Joshua (Rachel), Michael (Morgan), Amanda (Tanner) and Jaxton.  Also, he leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. 

John will be missed by all that loved and knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be organized at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
