Jimmy Wayne Armstrong

Jimmy Wayne Armstrong, 53, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away on November 25, 2023.  He was born on September 16, 1970, in Carthage, Texas, the son of Herbert and Patsy (Dickerson) Armstrong. 

Jimmy really enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, playing the guitar and listening to music.  He worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction business and was also a logger for many years.  He and his girlfriend Tammy moved to Arkansas back in 2014. 

He is preceded in death by his grandparents.  Jimmy is survived by his parents, his son Jeffrey, his girlfriend Tammy Parnell and her two daughters Lucinda Parnell and Lessa (Bill) Hall.  He is also survived by a sister Angelia (Daniel) Allee and a brother Gary (Marilyn) Armstrong, grandchildren Jeffrey Jr., Emily, Jaden, Joslyn, Hunter, Alyssa, Elijah, Isaiah, Leland, Ryland and Kaylea.  He also had many nieces and nephews.

Jimmy will be missed by so many.
