Jim Bjorgo

Jim Bjorgo, 64, of Flippin, Arkansas, passed away March 13, 2021, after a long fight with cancer.   Born May 21, 1956, in Great Falls, Montana, the son of William and June (Van Riper) Bjorgo. Jim is survived by his sister, Vicki (Evan) Johnson.  Jim is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sherry Addy. 

Jim moved to Arkansas in 1976.  He loved to fish and hunt and living in Arkansas was a perfect fit.   He loved his country and served in the United States Navy from 1974 to 1976.   Jim was an accomplished carpenter and spent 30 years at his trade.  In 1978, Jim met Glenda Southerland and later married.  Their marriage was blessed by two daughters; Jamie Higgins, Leslie Brundige and a stepson, Dwight Southerland.  Jim has five grandchildren: Tessa Lau, Travis Brundige, Zackary Brundige, Trenton Brundige and Skyler Higgins.  He also has two great-grandchildren; Nichole Lau and Olivia Brundige.
