Jean Mehegan

D. Jean Mehegan 70, of Harrison AR passed away on Wednesday December 9th. 2020 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. Jean was born on November 7th, 1950 to Carrel and Ruth (Clark) Palmer. Jean was the oldest of three children, she had one brother Ed Palmer and one sister Donna (Tony) Adkisson all of Iowa.

Jean was the mother of three children Robin Arnold of Jasper AR, Mike (Sherri) Hein of Marshall AR, and Mildred Hicks of Huntsville, AR.

Jean was the proud grandmother of 9: Louis (Ashlund) Mulanax of Bergman AR, Erin (Dusty) Morgan of Harrison AR, Dustin Rosenberger of Marshall AR, Cindi (Ryan) Hoyt of Marshall AR, Trinity (Cassidy) Jasper Of Marshall AR, Kimberly Arnold of Clarksville AR, Joseph Arnold of Harrsion AR, Thomas (Mikhaila) Manning of Marshall AR, and Mckenzie Manning of Marshall AR. She was the proud Great Grandmother of 18, Taylor, Cooper, Braxton, Nevaeh Remington, Harleigh, Ember, Mariah, Robin, Devin, Alyssa, Avery, Carter, Harley, TJ, Gage, Abigal, and Baby girl Arnold.

Jean is preceded in death by both her parents, daughter Robin Arnold, four great children, Carter, Harley, TJ, and baby girl Arnold, husband Jerald Mehegan.

Jean enjoyed old western movies, auctions, yard sales, coffee at her favorite diner with her Jasper friends. She was the proud member of Brothers of the Third Wheel and charity events. She was a collector of Indian collectables, paintings. needlework. quilting, and word search games. She had a degree in automotive repair and a degree in small engine and motorcycle repair. 

She loved her fur-grand-daughter Ellie.

She has many friends that will miss her and mourn her passing.
