James Curtis Lockard, 84, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away on November 5, 2025, at Hospice of the Ozarks. He was born in Kentucky on October 1, 1941, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carlisle Lockard.

Arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation located in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
