Jacqueline Carrington Obituary

Jacqueline (Jackie) Dell Gibbs Carrington, 84 of North Little Rock, passed away on May 22, 2022.

She was born in Palestine, AR on February 15th, 1938. She moved to North Little Rock as a young child and remained there most of her adult life. She retired from Onesource Home Building Centers (Mechanics Lumber) after a career spanning thirty years. After retirement, Jackie volunteered for the North Little Rock Police Department for over 18 years and made many friends while there.

She is survived by her son, Steve Carrington (Tina) of Lead Hill, daughter Deidre and son Rusty, both of North Little Rock, six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her best friend Sara Mertens of Lonoke, great-aunt June Snyder of Beebe and dear family friend Fran Grimes of North Little Rock along with several cousins and friends near and far.
