Heather Renee (Mustoe) Vinson

Heather Renee (Mustoe) Vinson, 54, of Lead Hill, Arkansas, passed away at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, on February 10, 2026.  She was born on October 5, 1971, in East Chicago, Indiana, the daughter of John Mustoe and Debra Whitt. 

Heather enjoyed thrift shopping and spending time outside.  She was a free-spirited person, very independent and spontaneous.  Heather loved her family very much and enjoyed the time she spent with them.  She was an artsy and crafty person, which she would often display through her unique style.  Heather enjoyed drinking a shamrock shake when she had the chance.   

Heather is preceded in death by her grandmother, Willa Dean Collins, grandfather Buford Whitt and mother, Debra Whitt.

She is survived by her daughter, Chloe Vinson and son-in-law Blazer Ralls, granddaughter Riley Ralls, father, John Mustoe and stepmother Elaine Mustoe. She also leaves behind her sister Leslie Melton, her aunt, Becky Richey and countless friends. 

A Celebration of Life is planned for Friday March 13th, 2026, from 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m., at the Lead Hill Church of God located at 18901 Hwy 7N, Lead Hill, Arkansas.  

If you would like to honor Heather, the family has asked to make donations to the Ozark Guidance Center located at 103 E. Crandall Avenue, Harrison, Arkansas 72601.

Arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation located in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
