It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Glenda Wills, who left us on August 19th, 2024, at the age of 52. Glenda was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, whose presence and love touched the lives of all who knew her.
Born on April 12th, 1972, in Springfield Missouri, Glenda was a beacon of kindness and strength. She dedicated her life to her community and was known for her unwavering support, compassion, and her ability to bring joy to those around her. Glenda was a pillar in her community, serving as a First Responder and a Volunteer Fire Fighter. She also touched many hearts as a substitute teacher at Lead Hill School. She loved every child like they were her own. The woman knew no strangers. She was a very talented artist, if you were blessed enough to see her creations.
Glenda is survived by her two daughters April Martin Trublood and Brittni Wills, both of Springfield Missouri. Grandchildren, Naiyah, Katanah, Zelmah, Isaiah, and Kolton, as well as an extended family. She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Martin, and mother Barbara Martin, both of Springfield Missouri.
Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched with her generosity and warmth. Glenda had a unique gift for making everyone feel cherished and valued, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts.
A celebration of her life will be held on August 31st at 3:00PM at The House of Prayer in South Lead Hill, Arkansas.
She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
