Glenda Bragg Obituary

Glenda Jean Bragg born September 23, 1956, entered her eternal rest September 21, 2023.  Glenda was born in West Memphis, Arkansas to her minister parents Carl and Golla Mae Faulkner. The first born of 3 children, Glenda was the embodiment of a first-born child. She was responsible and a tremendous caregiver. Glenda would marry David Bragg and became a stay-at-home mother to her children from that union.  As her youngest child became more self-sufficient, she began to pursue and eventually obtained an associate degree in paralegal studies.  This degree would go largely unutilized as she sought after positions in the health field. She would eventually land in her most loved position as a phlebotomist at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. She was very good at her job, and she was able to develop many lasting friendships. She loved her church family and doing things to help those in need.  She did this through her work, throughout her life, and through her spare time.  She loved the charity Operation Christmas Child with Samaritan’s Purse.  Glenda, above all, loved to spend time with her family, mostly her grandchildren, of which she had five. She would light up anytime she was spending time with them whether it was going out to eat, or riding roller coasters at Silver Dollar City; she liked Time Traveler and Electrospin the best. She got the most joy out of traveling, having fun, and watching people have fun. Glenda would say so often that she has had a full life and is proud of her legacy.

Glenda was preceded in death by her mother Golla Mae Faulkner, brother Stephen Faulkner, her father Carl Faulkner, and her beloved dog Bee.  She is survived by her husband David Bragg, sister Carla Faulkner Kopech with spouse Kenneth Kopech. Her children Amanda Landers with spouse Peter Landers, Amy Bragg, and Anthony Bragg. Her grandchildren Elijah Landers, Lindsey Martin, Brendan Martin, Avery Martin, and Evangeline Landers.
