Donna Louise Foster

Donna Foster (née Ruggs) of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, passed away on August 11, 2023 at the age of 66.

Donna grew up by the Gulf of Mexico in south Houston, Texas but had made Northwest Arkansas her home for more than 30 years and profoundly loved her small town. After spending many years serving the community as an EMT/ Paramedic, Donna return to school later in life to become an RN. She continued this dedication to helping others throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, serving faithfully as an ER nurse in the hardest hit communities across the United States for more than 2 years.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her beloved husband, Steven Foster, who she shared 16 beautiful years with. She is survived by her three children and their families, which include four grandchildren that were the light of her life: Isaac, Judah, Emelia and Gabriel. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends who she loved deeply.
