Debra Kay Edmonson Martens

Debra Edmonson Martens of Peel Arkansas formerly of Springdale, left her circle of beloved friends and family here on earth to rejoin her Heavenly Loved Ones on Monday February 12th, 2024.  Those of us who knew Deb also knew she had a big heart and that her favorite word was Love.  She loved her friends and family in Springdale and the new ones in Peel.  She loved her caretakers who were with her to the end.  She loved her home in Peel, often saying that was where God wanted her to be.  She loved working with the Peel Fire Department.  She loved cooking for her friends.  She loved doing things for her new community, especially cooking for the events on behalf of the Fire Dept.  She loved listening to good music, especially Jazz.  She said Karl was her true love.  She especially loved her doggies, Sola and Lucy and of course Shadrack, who will be waiting for her.  If you ever told Deb that you loved her, she would reply “I love you more”.   I know she loved her Lord and Savior, and often saying that she loved Him, but I know that the Lord always told her “I love you more Deb”.  Deb left this world knowing that she was loved as well.
