Charles Lee "Chuck" Foss

Charles Lee “Chuck” Foss was born October 9th, 1954, in New Orleans Louisiana to Henry J. Foss Sr. and Elizabeth (Reeves) Foss. . 

Chuck is preceded in death by his father: Henry J. Foss Sr., his brother: Henry J. “Hank” Foss Jr. and sister: Linda Foss Freeman.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Joan Usry Foss, His mother:  Elizabeth R. Foss of Ponchatoula, LA., his son: Charles Joseph “Joey” Foss and wife Crystal Foss the mother of his grandchildren:  Jayden Foss, Chloe N. Foss and Addisyn H. Foss and One Daughter: Amelia Leighann Foss Ryder and her two sons:  Mike Ryder IV and Landon H. Ryder of the U.S. Army.  He is also survived by one brother: Phillip J. Foss and wife Brandy and sister: Mary Foss Spriggs and husband Danny and a host of Nieces, Nephews, friends and military brothers and sisters.

Chuck served in the United States Army in the Vietnam War, the Persian Gulf and the Louisiana National Guard.  Chuck was known for his character and his loving kind heart.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.   He enjoyed being outdoors and spending time Hunting and fishing. 

He was a wonderful husband, amazing father, and the best grandfather.  He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
