Carolyn was a very kind-hearted, generous soul. She liked to help others when she could. She loved her family dearly, and her numerous fur-babies! She had a soft spot for kids and animals. When she was not busy doing things around the house, you could find Carolyn and any of the numerous shopping establishments and thrift stores out around Boone County. She loved a bargain! Carolyn also loved to spend time fishing with her husband, Stephen, and she was fairly good at it too! Carolyn was a jokester and was very smart and witty and liked a good joke. In her working years, Carolyn was a certified nursing assistant, which she loved. She was also a police dispatcher for Boone County, and worked in a factory for a while. There was nothing that Carolyn would not try. She wasn’t afraid of hard work.
Carolyn is survived by her loving husband Stephen of the home, sisters; Betty Turner, Norma Weidbrod, and two brothers; Frankie and Danny Turner. She is also survived by her granddaughter Trish Miller, and several nieces and nephews that she was very close to. And many friends She is also survived by her fur-babies, especially Baby Little B, and Bo-Bo. They miss her terribly. A Memorial Service will be held at a later time.
