Carol Ann (Grudt) Zientek

Carol Zientek, 91, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at North Arkansas Medical Center on January 2, 2026, with her daughter Jane by her side.  She was born on May 31, 1934, in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Carol was proud to be a Navy veteran, serving in the medical corps.

Carol is preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents Gerhart and Hazel Grudt, her sister Pat Clough and her brother Anthony Grudt.

She is survived by her daughters Jane (Karl) Bueg, Kari (Eddie) Gore, Texas and sister Sandra (Lynn) Bird, Wisconsin. She also leaves behind five grandchildren, Casey, Aaron (Adria) Bueg, Andrew (Kristina) Nevlezer, Texas, Amanda Workman, New York, Danielle (Mitch) George, Texas and six great grandchildren: Amelie and Gus Bueg, Coldon Nevlezer, Natalie Workman, Alexis and Rylee Lavergne, and Laine and Wyatt George, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Carol will be missed dearly by everyone who knew and loved her.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation located in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
