Brenda Newell Obituary

Brenda Mae Newell, 67, of Lakeview, Arkansas passed away at Baxter Health in Mountain Home, Arkansas on January 27, 2025. She was born on October 28, 1957, in Minneapolis Minnesota, the daughter of Willard and Helen (Foss) Blaisdell.

Brenda knew Jesus as her Savior. She went home to be with the Lord. She and her husband were the owners of Big Reds Bait and Tackle for over 25 years. Brenda enjoyed her family and her fur babies (her three dogs).

Brenda is survived by her sister Beth of Alma, Arkansas, her late husband’s son, good friend and neighbor Alma Austin and her church family.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
