Brenda June ‘’Setzer’ Carter, 65, of Valley Springs, passed away February 20, 2024. She was born December 30, 1958, in Yellville, Arkansas, the daughter of Sam Setzer and Vivian Burris Setzer.

Brenda enjoyed her critters, children, and grandchildren. She was a humble soul who loved her Lord and her family.

Brenda s preceded n death by her parents; husband, Gary Carter; two brothers; Terry and John Setzer and one sister, Sharla Setzer.

Brenda is survived by her three children; Arthur Setzer, Tisha Carter, and James Carter; two granddaughters; Shamra and Vanessa; three grandsons, Tristan, Jacob, and Kalab; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Linda Castell of Summit, Arkansas, and Paula Colton, of Harrison, Arkansas.
