Betty Louise Turner

Betty Louise Turner, 74, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Arkansas on September 1, 2024. She was born on June 28, 1950, in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of William and Ella (Rigney) Turner. 

Betty enjoyed gardening. She liked going camping and spending time outdoors.  Betty was all about going places, it did not matter where she was going.  She acted like a big kid when visiting Silver Dollar City. If she had cash in her purse, she wasn’t going to drive past a yard sale.  Betty had to stop and shop!   The loves of Betty’s life were her 4-legged furry friends. She had a total of 9 rescue dogs, all welcomed in her home. When Betty was out and about, she always was accompanied by her service dog, a pug named Little Britches. 

Betty is proceeded in death by her parents William and Ella, her brother Tommy Turner and sister Carolyn Ramsey.

Betty is survived by her son Ricky Turner and his fiancée Candace Walker.  Also, her brothers Frankie (Connie) Turner, Danny Turner and sister Norma Weisbrod.  She was blessed with one grandchild, Sarah (Christopher) Turnbull and 2 plus grandchildren, Lila, Noah, and baby number 3 on the way. 

Betty will be missed by so many friends and family.
