Betty Ann (Dowell) McKenzie

Betty Ann McKenzie, 62, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at her home on April 7, 2025.  She was born in Toledo, Ohio, on February 27, 1963, the daughter of Glenn and Betty Lou (Anspach) Dowell. 

Betty enjoyed crocheting and playing various board games.  She liked coloring pages and doing coloring by numbers.  Betty valued catching up and talking to friends on the phone.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her husband, her children and her grandchildren. 

Betty is preceded in death by her parents and brother Glenn Dowell Jr.  She is survived by her husband Ronald McKenzie, her children Sabrina (Todd) Eddings, Phillip Dull and Andrew McKenzie.  Also, she leaves behind her brother Dale (Cindy) Dowell, sister Penny (Leonard) Pietrzak, grandchildren Alexis, William, Bean (Todd Jr.), Joscelyn, Rylan, Bryce and Zander.  In addition, Betty had many close friends and extended family members.

Betty will dearly be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
