Anna Mae Saylors, age 79, passed away Monday, October 4th, 2021, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, AR. Anna Mae was born on July 10th, 1942, in Beckham AR., the daughter of Cecil and Madge (Young) Heard. Anna Mae was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers: Don Heard, Johnny Heard and Jerry Heard; one sister Carolyn Carpenter; infant daughter Tina and infant great-granddaughter Caitlyn.
Anna Mae is survived by her husband of 58 years, Howard Gene Saylors. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Greg and Donna Saylors of Lead Hill, her son: Gaylen Saylors of Lead Hill, one sister: Joyce Smith of Ft. Smith AR., two grandchildren: Briana and husband Mike Voran of Mtn, Home AR. and Hunter Saylors of Lead Hill, AR., and four great-grandchildren: Caden, London, Asher and Cameron.
Anna Mae was a beloved Wife, Mom and Granny who loved spending time with her family. She was renowned for her coconut cream pies. She retired from the Lead Hill School District after 23 years. She was well known in the community for sharing her love of the Lord through playing the piano and singing gospel music.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 6th, 2021, at Peel Full Gospel beginning at 10 am. Brother Curley Johnson officiating.
Pallbearers are Jim McCracken, Stan Risley, Jason Vanderwaal, Hunter Saylors, Greg Saylors and Gaylen Saylors.
Honorary pallbearers are Mike Voran, Caden Delsoto and Cameron Voran.
