Ann Searles-Quick Obituary

Ann was born June 28, 1946, in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, to James and Elizabeth Searles. Ann went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 24, 2024. She was a member of The Tabernacle in Branson, Missouri.

She is proceeded in death by her father and mother, James and Elizabeth Searles. Ann is survived by her husband, Charles Quick Jr. of the home, her children: daughter, Pam Godfrey of Live Oak, Florida, Pam’s children Justin Godfrey of Live Oak, Florida and Courtney and Zach Carney of Port Richie, Florida, Ann’s sons, Kenneth Troy and September Middleton and their children Tanner and Tucker Middleton all of Lead Hill, Arkansas and Jimmy and Kelly Middleton and their daughter Brianna Middleton all of Live Oak, Florida. She is also survived by her sisters Louise and Rick Goldsmith of Waterbury Center, Vermont. Barbara and Steve Pozek of Kimberling City, Missouri. Sister-in-law Besty and Tony Blanton of Madison, Florida. Keith and Alexis Quick of Charleston, South Carolina and Rebecca and Brigg Hennessey and family of Dayton, Tennessee. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Ann spent the early part of her life in Florida before moving to Arkansas in 1994. During her time in Arkansas, she touched the hearts and lives of many in Arkansas and Missouri. She was an active member of the women’s group at The Tabernacle in Branson, Missouri. She taught Shabot School sowing Jewish values, tradition, history, and culture into the lives of many young people. She attended Peel Full Gospel Church for many years. Ann occasionally attended Monarch Tabernacle with her son Troy and his family.

She loved to visit Florida every summer to vacation with her son Jimmy and his family on the beach. Ann spent time working at Lead Hill School as a paraprofessional and district secretary. She later went on to be the administrator at The Tabernacle in Branson, Missouri. Ann adored her family. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren at ball games, the beach, and annual trips to Silver Dollar City. Her favorite times were Thanksgiving week and Thanksgiving dinner when her entire family would gather in her home. Ann had an undeniable love for Christ, and it showed in everything she did. She will be greatly missed by so many.

Pallbearers are Troy Middleton, Jimmy Middleton, Tanner Middleton, Tucker Middleton, Keith Quick and Tyler Pozek.  Honorary pallbearers are her doctors and staff at Mercy Clinic in Branson, Missouri and her dance team from The Tabernacle.
